I actually really hate receiving gifts. I feel like my inability to express human emotions makes me seem ungrateful. I practice in the mirror saying things like “I’VE ALWAYS WANTED THREE PAIRS GARDEN GLOVES!” “I LOVE LAMP!”.
But I just end up making some facial expression like:
Why can’t I just sit in the corner and eat Christmas cake while other people get gifts.
I can not...
